Uma versão de chocolate, de perder a cabeça!

Method:
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Grease and line a 26cm diameter baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, place the eggs, egg yolks and sugar. Whisk for 10 minutes, until the volume triple.
In another bowl, add the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Wrap in eggs mixture with the help of a whisk, without whisking, gently.
Put into the baking pan and bake for 11 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ingredientes:
- 8 gemas
- 2 ovos
- 180g de açúcar
- 15g de cacau em pó
- 100g de farinha
- 1 colher (chá) de fermento
- Açúcar em pó q.b.
Ingredients:
8 egg yolks, 2 eggs, 180g white sugar, 15g unsweetened cocoa powder, 100g all-purpose flour, 1 tspoon baking powder, confectioners sugar as needed

Pré-aqueça o forno a 200ºC. Unte e forre uma forma de 26cm de diâmetro com papel vegetal.
Numa taça, coloque os ovos, as gemas e o açúcar. Bata por 10 minutos, até o volume dos mesmos triplicar.
Noutra taça, coloque a farinha, o cacau e o fermento. Envolva no creme com a ajuda de uma vara de arames, sem bater, suavemente.
Coloque na forma e leve ao forno por 11 minutos.
Retire do forno, deixe arrefecer e polvilhe com açúcar em pó.
