A version of chocolate, of losing your head!

- 2 ovos
- 180g de açúcar
- 15g de cacau em pó
- 100g de farinha
- 1 colher (chá) de fermento
- Açúcar em pó q.b.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Grease and line a 26cm diameter baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, place the eggs, egg yolks and sugar. Whisk for 10 minutes, until the volume triple.
In another bowl, add the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Wrap in eggs mixture with the help of a whisk, without whisking, gently.
Put into the baking pan and bake for 11 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
