Bolo de Chocolate e Oreo || Oreo's Chocolate Cake

Das bolachas que gostamos, com sabores que gostamos, um bolo... Delicioso!
Ingredientes:
(bolo)
- 5 ovos
- 2 e 1/2 chávenas de açúcar
- 1 chávena de manteiga sem sal
- 3 colheres (chá) de cacau em pó
- 1/2 chávena de chocolate negro picado grosseiramente
- 2 e 1/2 chávena de farinha de trigo
- 1 colher (chá) de fermento
- 3/4 chávena de natas
- 4 colheres (chá) de rum
(creme de queijo)
- 2 chávenas de creme de queijo
- 3/4 chávena de manteiga sem sal
- 1 e 1/2 chávena de açúcar em pó
- 1 chávena de natas vegetais para bater
(ganache)
- 50g de chocolate negro
- 50g de natas
- 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga sem sal
(montagem)
- 2 chávenas de bolachas oreo picadas grosseiramente (reservar o creme à parte)
Ingredients:
(cake): 5 eggs, 2 and 1/2 cups white sugar, 1 cup unsalted butter, 3 tspoons cocoa powder, 1/2 cup dark chocolate coarsely chopped, 2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tspoon baking powder, 3/4 cups cream, 4 tspoons rum
(filling): 2 cups creamcheese, 3/4 cups unsalted butter, 1 and 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, 1 cup dairy free whipping cream
(ganache): 50g dark chocolate, 50g cream, 1Tbspoon unsalted butter
(assemble): 2 cups Oreo cookies coarsely chopped (keep the Oreo filling)
Preparação:
(bolo)
Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC. Unte duas formas de 20cm de diâmetro e forre o fundo com papel vegetal.
Bata os ovos com o açúcar até que tripliquem de volume.
Derreta o chocolate com a manteiga e o cacau. Junte aos ovos e envolva delicadamente.
Junte a farinha, o fermento as natas e o rum, envolvendo.
Coloque o preparado nas duas formas e leve ao forno durante, aproximadamente, 40 minutos.
Retire e deixe arrefecer.
(creme)
Bata a manteiga com o açúcar até ficar suave. Acrescente o queijo creme e o creme das bolachas Oreo. Bata as natas em chantilly firme e envolva.
Reserve.
(ganache)
Leve as natas ao lume até ferverem. Retire. Junte o chocolate e a manteiga para derreterem. Reserve.
(montagem)
Corte o bolo em 4 discos. Coloque um disco no centro de um prato de servir. Coloque um pouco do creme de recheio. Polvilhe com algumas bolachas picadas. Coloque o outro andar de bolo, cubra com creme de recheio, polvilhe com bolachas e regue com a ganache (fria). Coloque o andar seguinte e repita o procedimento do primeiro andar. Termine com o último andar de bolo e cubra com o restante creme. Decore com creme com a ajuda de um saco pasteleiro.
Cole as restantes bolachas picadas nas laterais do bolo.

Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease two 20 cm'sbaking pans and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Whisk eggs with sugar until tripled in volume.
Melt chocolate with butter and cocoa. Add the eggs and fold gently.
Add the flour, baking powder, cream and rum, involving.
Place the batter in pans and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
(filling)
Whisk butter with sugar until it gets smooth. Add the creamcheese and the filling of Oreo cookies. Whisk the cream in chantilly and fold in creamcheese.
Set aside.
(ganache)
Bring the cream to boil. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate and the butter to melt. Set aside.
(assemble)
Cut the cake into 4 rings. Place a ring in the center of a serving plate. Put some of the filling. Sprinkle with some chopped cookies. Place the other ring, cover with filling, sprinkle with biscuits and drizzle with ganache (cold). Place the next ring and repeat the procedure on the first one. Finish with the top ring of cake and top with remaining filling. Garnish with filling with the aid of a piping bag.
Glue the remaining biscuits bites on the sides of the cake.
